Client Referral

As Certified Civil Trial Attorneys, we are permitted by Rule 1:39-6(d) to forward a referral fee to attorneys who refer cases to our office without the necessity of work participation. We will generally pay one third of the fee generated as the referral fee, however a specific referral fee arrangement will be made upon accepting each case.
